Tapnell/Yarmouth – Modulogs at Tom’s Eco Lodge

Tapnell Farm’s Modulogs have been meticulously developed to accommodate groups of up to six people sleeping and relaxing in style. They’re built into the hillside and provide stunning views of the surrounding countryside, as well as plenty of outdoor area to relax and unwind. These Modulogs are ideal for your next glamping trip on the Isle of Wight.

As the sun begins to set, sit out on your private deck with your loved ones and enjoy the view, or jump into the hot tub with a drink of bubbly. You can also use the BBQ and firepit to cook outside while staying toasty well into the evening. There are also wood-fired, outdoor pizza ovens on site, so you can try your hand at creating pizza.

When you enter the Modulogs, you’ll find a well-designed living area with plenty of room to socialise and remain warm all year. In the winter, curl up on the sofas with a glass of wine and light the fireplace; in the summer, open the double doors and let the fresh country air in. The living room features comfortable soft furnishings as well as a selection of board games to keep you occupied on a wet day.

The highly insulated cabins contain two bedrooms, one double and one twin, as well as a pull-out sofa bed that can accommodate another couple. They also have a shower room with a shower, sink, and WC, as well as linen and towels.

Each Modulog includes a charming kitchenette that is well-equipped, ensuring that you have all of the necessary appliances to create delicious dinners for your company. You have a small refrigerator with a freezer section, an electric oven, microwave, stove, toaster, and kettle. You have the option of dining outside in the sunshine or inside at the charming dining table next to the kitchen. You can also make your stay even more memorable by ordering one of their bespoke hampers, which can be pre-ordered and include a variety of delectable delights.

The Farm Park, which includes go-karts, jumping pillows, sledge slides, and straw barn fun, is a hit with kids. They won’t want to miss the daily interactive animal activities, such as feeding the wallabies! There’s also an Aqua Park, a Clay Pigeon Shooting and Rifle Range, bike rentals, and a nice on-site bar and restaurant on the farm.

Those that venture farther away will have the opportunity to experience the Isle of Wight and all it has to offer. Yarmouth and Freshwater Bay are two beautiful beaches close by where you may spend the day relaxing by the water’s edge. The Isle of Wight Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is also close by, and it offers some beautiful walking routes for nature lovers.
